A restaurant reserved for guests of the village.
In our farm you can taste the most famous dishes of the Tuscan culinary tradition, revisited by the expert hands of our cook Cristina, the real owner of the kitchen.
In our restaurant you will feel at ease as at home, enjoying the sweet and savory delicacies at breakfast and the typical menus at lunch and dinner, all based on seasonal products from the farms in the area surrounding the village.
The menus include various dishes of regional cuisine, to rediscover through the flavors the history and traditions of the place. You can compose your menu by letting our cook advise you. We also have a selection of dishes adatte for food intolerances.
The restaurant has a large dining room, in a cozy and family atmosphere, as well as a space outside where you can have breakfast and dinner outdoors surrounded by our garden and the hills around the village.
the pool and the park
The swimming pool of 6 x 12 meters, suitable for both adults and children, is for the exclusive use of the guests of the village and enjoys a panoramic position in the 5 hectares of exclusive park in the hills surrounding the farm, and is immersed in our garden.
The ideal place to take a relaxing swim, sunbathe on deck chairs and read in the open air enjoying every moment of your holiday.

The garden of the farm Borgo Valuberti, with its colors and its scents, are one of the most beautiful memories that you will bring home from your holiday. The walks along the avenues that cross the park always cared for, surrounded by beautiful plants and flowers, where you can enjoy the landscape surrounded by nature, are a real relaxation for body and mind.
The pool is open from 1 June to 30 September.

In this intimate room the couple can devote themselves to the care of body and mind through the dry sauna, where the programmable temperature from 40 to 60 ° will induce abundant transpiration of the skin.
The presence of the light shower designed for chromotherapy will contribute to your psycho-physical well-being.
In the relaxation area under the starry sky designed to harmonize the mind, accompanied by new age music, the couple can pamper themselves and relax on two sunbeds.
The wellness area is accessible all year round.
sports activities
ARCHERY: guests have access to an equipped archery range. To shoot with the bow decently it does not take much. After the first attempts, you learn to hit, if not the center, at least the edges of the target (the so-called “paglione”).
MOUNTAIN BIKE EXCURSIONS: In the surrounding woods it is possible to make mountain bike trails, following the well-marked trails, which have various degrees of difficulty, suitable for both beginners and more demanding athletes. These routes ideally embrace the underlying Valle di Chio, allowing you to appreciate the beauty of the landscape and environment of the area, but also the hydraulic-agricultural arrangements that over time have allowed you to keep intact the territory. Inside the paths it is also possible to perform gymnastic and sports activities with the help of equipment and explanatory signs specially arranged.
BOWLING GREEN: The farmhouse has a clay bowls court available to guests.
The sports areas are accessible all year round.
